Hi, I’m Jess! I started my career as a Physician Assistant because I’ve always been passionate about improving patient outcomes. For years, I worked on the frontlines of healthcare — diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients and their families.

But along the way, I discovered something unexpected: my clinical background gave me unique insight into the medical devices and technologies being used in real-world care. That realization led me to pivot into medical device sales — a career that still allows me to impact patient lives, but from a new angle: helping bring life-changing technology to providers and patients.

Making that transition wasn’t simple. I had to learn how to network effectively, optimize LinkedIn, translate my clinical skills into business language, and understand the many roles in healthcare sales. It was intimidating, but it was also one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.

Now, I am here to be a resource for healthcare professionals who feel the pull toward something new but don’t know how to leap.
